| 330. "My pacer is sitting on an int. scout frame and is Chevy powered. Its powerplant is a Chevy 283 V-8, which came out of a piece of military equipment. It was totally submersible when I got the motor. It's not submersible anymore, as some parts had to be replaced. I installed a 7.5-foot Western snow plow on it around 1985. It really pushes the snow with that V-8 and some nice aggressive tires.
"A lot of people have asked me, 'Why a Pacer?' I think it looks cool, and I built it when I was 21. I've had it for 23 years and only put on about 5000 miles, most of them plowing snow. It has had a hard life. Still looks good, sounds awesome, and is an eye catcher." -Michael (Gonz)
