Removing Wood Grain

TSLINOA wrote to the AMC mailing list about removing wood grain adhesive from the exterior. (2 August 1999)

This may sound odd, but I have found that Johnson & Johnson Baby Shampoo, mixed with water [works well]. Mix it thin at first, and then go stronger as needed. I do not know what it is about the stuff, but I have yet to find any glue, or silicone that can stand up to it.
